• We can customize this product to almost any application and price point, affording protection of a higher temperature material on the hot side while providing a thermal barrier to the lower temperature material on the cold side, thus providing protection on the hot side without unnecessarily paying for a high priced fiber on the cold side.
• Our ability to provide customized material substrates, densities, thicknesses, widths, etc., provides for an almost endless array of options to suit virtually any thermal need up to 2000^oF.

- THERMOFORABLE MATERIALS

Blanket comprised of individually coated E-glass fibers with polypropylene mechanically needled into a thermoformable blanket whose fibers are by definition uniformly dispersed, thus eliminating the chance of weak points from improper fiber dispersion

• The product comes in rolled good form, thus already pliable and shapeable right out of the box; thicknesses from 1/8th inch to 1 inch
• No need to spend time layering thin pieces of sheet goods to build a solid composite
• Exhibits superior acoustic values, as well as provides a substantial base structure for high strength-to-weight composite parts.
